Understanding the 4Cs
When selecting a diamond for your engagement ring, it's important to understand the 4Cs—the key characteristics that determine a diamond's quality and value:
Cut
The cut refers to how well a diamond has been shaped and faceted. It's the most important factor in determining a diamond's sparkle and brilliance. A well-cut diamond will reflect light beautifully, creating that stunning shine we all love.
Colour
Diamonds are graded on a colour scale from D (colourless) to Z (light yellow or brown). The closer to colourless, the more rare and valuable the diamond. Most engagement rings feature diamonds in the D-F (colourless) or G-J (near colourless) range.

Clarity measures the presence of internal inclusions or external blemishes. Diamonds are graded from Flawless (FL) to Included (I). Most inclusions are microscopic and don't affect the diamond's beauty to the naked eye.
